The four plugin categories the host recognizes (lanrurugi-api::plugins::PLUGIN_CATEGORIES) — also the fixed set of subdirectories under plugins/ (metadata/, login/, download/, script/), and the value upload_plugin trusts only from a freshly-uploaded plugin's own pluginInfo() response (never a client-supplied category) to decide where to file it.
